Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work?
Fill out the intake form (link below), which takes less than 5 minutes to fill out. After that, I will contact you within 48 hours, unless it's the weekend, then I will catch you on Monday.
From there, we will set up a time to connect (free). These calls are typically no longer than 30 minutes and are solely to get to know you and your desires better! The more information I have, the better I can support you. All information provided is confidential.
Do I have to be in a relationship to work with you?
Absolutely not. Whether you're single and looking for clarity on what you want in a relationship or partnered and seeking guidance on how to move forward in your existing relationship, I am here to support you.
Do you offer couples coaching?
Yes! Just be sure to specify that you are wanting coaching with your partner on the intake form.
Then once I review your intake form I will review all your options with you.
